1. Service Scope & Agreements

VOPSS provides outsourced medical billing, credentialing, and coding support. All services are governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed between VOPSS and the client practice.

2. Compliance & Coding Rules

We compile and submit claims based on clinical documentation supplied by your practice. The provider is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of patient charts, physician signatures, and clinical necessity determinations under federal laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

VOPSS is not liable for carrier claim denials, payment delays, or post-payment recoupment audits resulting from incomplete documentation or incorrect information supplied by the practice.
